　　 There are two methods for low-temperature heating: point-by-point heating and full-surface heating. The total power consumption of this display will increase 4-6 times. For example, the power consumption of a 15-inch liquid crystal display is 20ww at normal temperature (22°C), and 90-120w at low temperature (-40°C). This heating method keeps the machine in use for a long time. Sometimes the liquid crystal will flow out or it is difficult to recover.

　　The special high-voltage rod (which can generate a starting voltage of 2000v-3000v) is developed by to illuminate the backlight tube in a low temperature environment (-40°C). The huge heat generated by the backlight tube causes the liquid crystal to heat up. This method serves two purposes. It solves the problem of low temperature working of liquid crystals and solves the problem of visibility in the sun. This method is called the brightening method.
　　The liquid crystal will not freeze or change its state at low temperature (-40℃), otherwise heating or brightening will be invalid, so we consider using software to correct the drift of its electrical characteristics. Try to trigger the work of the liquid crystal at low temperatures. This requires adjustment of liquid crystal drive timing and so on. Through a lot of experimental research and extensive application, the technology has been very mature, no matter how the ambient temperature changes, the normal operation of the liquid crystal can be ensured by widening the trigger timing and matching the corresponding driver.

　　 This configuration uses an independently developed RJ45 driver board, which supports HDMI input, DVI input, VGA input interface and other anti-dropping DC thread wide voltage power supply (12V~24V) interfaces to meet various application interfaces required by the scene. At the same time, it also supports embedded embedded, horizontal blind, wall-mounted and desktop installation methods to unlock more application scenarios.
